1. Scope
This policy applies to the Compass Leads website, business inquiries, strategy-call bookings, and business contact information handled in connection with our outbound services. A separate client agreement may add terms for work we perform for a client.
2. Information we handle
Depending on how you interact with us, we may handle:
- Information you provide. Your name, work email, company, role, scheduling preferences, and anything you include in a message or booking.
- Business contact information. A professional name, job title, employer, work contact details, and public company information used to identify relevant business contacts.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider may process IP address, browser and device details, timestamps, requested pages, and security logs to deliver and protect the site.
The site does not offer user accounts, process payments, or contain an embedded scheduling form. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through a booking or business inquiry.
3. Where information comes from
We may receive information directly from you, from our clients, from business data providers, and from public professional or company sources. When you book a call, you provide information on Calendly’s website rather than on this site.
4. How we use information
- Schedule calls, answer questions, and evaluate whether our services fit your business.
- Provide and improve outbound services, including prospect research, list verification, campaign operations, and reply handling.
- Maintain the site, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, and protect our systems.
- Keep business records and comply with legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent, steps taken before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests, or legal obligations, as appropriate.
5. When information is shared
We may share information only as reasonably needed with:
- Service providers that support hosting, scheduling, email operations, data verification, security, and other business functions.
- Clients when we process business contact information to perform services for them.
- Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety.
- A successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of all or part of the business.
We do not sell information about visitors to this site or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Calendly and other third parties
Booking links open Calendly in a new tab. Calendly processes the information submitted there under its own terms and privacy notice. Review the Calendly Privacy Notice in a new tab before booking.
We do not currently use a separate analytics product or advertising pixels on this site. Third-party websites may use cookies and similar technologies under their own policies after you leave this site.
7. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, to maintain necessary records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain uses of personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent or appeal a decision about a request.
To stop a cold email, use the opt-out instructions in that message or reply and ask not to be contacted. To make any other privacy request, email compassleadss@gmail.com and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
9. International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. When required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.
10. Children
Compass Leads is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows when it was last revised. For questions about this policy, email compassleadss@gmail.com, or book a call on Calendly in a new tab.
